Terms and conditions
Purpose
These terms govern the relationship between Angelica (service provider) and anyone booking a session (client). Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.
Booking and deposit
The booking is confirmed after payment of a €50 deposit.
This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client within 24 hours of the session or in case of no-show.
If Angelica cancels, the deposit is fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled session, at the client's choice.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros including tax on the website. They may be changed at any time, without notice, but do not apply retroactively to confirmed bookings.
Payment
Payment is made through the methods indicated at booking. Invoicing is handled through Join Parure. No bank details are stored by Angelica.
Governing law
These terms are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
